Bios Part III: Alper Alsan (keyboards)

Born in 1972, Alper attended the Yamaha Music School in Istanbul under the supervision of Melih Kibar - one of the legendary Turkish music producers. His group Bagdat Avenue won the Roxy Music Awards in 2000 with Winner and Jury Performance Awards for the first and so far the last time in the history of the competition.

Since then, Alper worked on different projects rangin from covers of B-side hits of famous musicians such as David Bowie, NIN and Prince for solo piano and vocal to Peri - an innovative quartet with two guitarists.

Bios Part II: Alper Kılıç (double bass)

Born in 1977, Alper Kılıç studied double bass and musicology - not the one from Prince :) - at the Istanbul Technical University Music School between 1995-1999. In 2000, he won a full scholarship to study Musical Performance at the Music Department of Bilgi University.

He played with Butch Morris Ensemble at the Bodrum Jazz Festival and with Miss Behavin' at the International İstanbul Jazz Festival. He also played with the top-of-the-charts pop group 110 for 1.5 years. His latest project is a trio with Cenk Erdoğan - a gifted Turkish jazz guitarist. Currently, he is a lecturer at Jokerstore and Play Music Schools in Istanbul.

Bios Part I: Deniz Alemdar (drums and percussion)

Born in 1980, Deniz was a student of Selami Sevinç at his school 1995 Bebop - one of the leading drummers in Turkey. In addition to High Fidelty - a top-of-the-charts rock group, Playground - the winner of Roxy Music Awards 2002, and Peri - an innovative quartet - where he acted as a founding member, he collaborated with Kerim Çaplı, Bagdat Avenue, Asphalt World and other musicians and groups in festivals, concerts and albums. Since 2004 he is working as a music lecturer at the Hisar Education Foundation School.
