Born in 1977, Alper Kılıç studied double bass and musicology - not the one from Prince :) - at the Istanbul Technical University Music School between 1995-1999. In 2000, he won a full scholarship to study Musical Performance at the Music Department of Bilgi University.He played with Butch Morris Ensemble at the Bodrum Jazz Festival and with Miss Behavin' at the International İstanbul Jazz Festival. He also played with the top-of-the-charts pop group 110 for 1.5 years. His latest project is a trio with Cenk Erdoğan - a gifted Turkish jazz guitarist. Currently, he is a lecturer at Jokerstore and Play Music Schools in Istanbul.
